What to expect
Tenerife is one of Europe's premier paragliding destinations, with reliable thermals, year-round flying weather and launch sites between 800 and 2,200 metres. A standard tandem flight from Ifonche descends 800 metres in 20–30 minutes to land on a beach in Adeje, with views over the entire south coast and Mount Teide. Pilots are FAA/AENA certified, equipment is replaced every two years, and helmet cameras can capture the experience. No experience needed; you just sit, run a few steps, and fly. Book early — flights are weather-dependent and slots fill quickly.
