GF Victoria changed the game for Tenerife luxury when it opened in 2018. Every one of its 327 keys is a suite of at least 50 sq m; the best ones come with private rooftop terraces and outdoor jacuzzis. The architecture is contemporary and clean — water features, dark stone, walnut — and the central pool is a 60-metre stunner with day beds along the edge. Five restaurants include a Mediterranean fine-diner and a popular asian-fusion. Service is smooth and tech-savvy. The location in upper Costa Adeje is a 15-minute walk to the beach, but the on-site experience is so complete that most guests rarely leave. Best value at the top of the market in Tenerife — particularly compelling for stays of a week or longer.
