Plugs, water, tipping
European 2-pin plugs (Type F). Tap water is safe in resorts but tastes mineral — most locals buy bottled. Tipping is appreciated but not required — round up or 5–10% in restaurants.
Is it safe?
Among Spain's safest regions. Pickpocketing exists in busy tourist plazas — basic precautions are enough. Sea conditions are the main risk; respect lifeguard flags.
